«Expert’s Tips»  is a series of videos made by our dearest colleagues from different countries for a wonderful project «IMPULSE» which we implemented in Mariupol (Ukraine) in 2019-2020.

The aim of this project was to motivate young English teachers to stay in the profession and get inspiration for making their lessons more creative and student oriented.

In this video Nadina C. Nicolici from Romania is sharing her experience concerning «21st Century Skills and the English Language Classroom».

Nadina Carmen Nicolici is a teacher of English and French as foreign languages in a Romanian high school. She is the head of department in her school, a CELTA graduate and a country trainer for British Council Romania.

She has been coordinating and implementing more than 200 international projects in her school, on different topics. She attended and graduated many professional development courses and programs.

She was a facilitator for two MOOCs on Integrating Critical Thinking Skills into the Exploration of Culture in an EFL Setting provided by AE American English in 2018 and 2019. She was an international judge for The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition in 2018 and 2019.
